I absolutely loved my time in South Korea and I’m so grateful that I got to experience this with my best friend by my side! I am already looking for flights for next summer – hopefully I will get the opportunity to explore the country again. I would definitely recommend to visit!

South Korea Trip – Part One

Hello Everyone – sorry I have been quiet all during the month of May but I have been so busy! In the beginning of the month I had the amazing opportunity to go to South Korea for the first time – staying with one of my best friends. It was a once in a life time opportunity and thankfully my professor agreed and allowed me to go on this trip! This is why I love LiU as student life is so flexible, as long as you complete your assignments, then you are pretty flexible most of the time. The flights were also pretty affordable as only 3800 SEK around this time – so I was very lucky. I hope you enjoy the pictures from my week in South Korea – I will also have one more post so keep tuned for that!

TEDxNorrköping – Steps Towards The Future

A few weeks ago was one of the first sunny weeks in Linköping – which I have been loving by the way, as it has changed the whole mood of the town – me and my friends decided to go to Norrköping for a quick last minute trip and of course to attend a TEDxTalks again. I loved the last event I went to in November, so when my Azerbaijani friend invited me I had to go – it was also a nice break away from Ryd which has become a far too familiar setting. My favourite live speaker this time round was definitely Stefan Lindstrom on  “What’s so special about entrepreneurs?” – I loved this topic as it made a lot of us start to second-guess and think outside the box. It was definitely insightful and you should all check it out when it is on YouTube!

Sunny Days in Linköping

Last week was so nice in Linköping! It got up to 24 degrees, I went for a run, enjoyed some ice cream and soaked up the sun! I hope it’s going to be like this for the next few weeks – as I just realised my second semester is over in a month… I definitely have mixed emotions about this.
