Nu är det dags för en uppdatering av den bibliometriska analysen för IKOS. Analysen baseras på de publikationer som finns registrerade i DiVA den 21 september med LiU-affiliering. För att analysunderlaget skall vara fullständigt måste respektive forskare senast 20 september säkerställa att samtliga publikationer från publiceringsperioden 2016-2020 finns registrerade i DiVA.
- Kontrollera vad som finns registrerat via verifieringssidan https://ep.liu.se/publistcheck/default.en.aspx.
Skriv in LiU-ID samt publiceringsperiod 2016-2020 för att få fram de publikationer som finns registrerade och är kopplade till detta LiU-ID. Om du gjorde kontrollen redan förra året behöver endast 2020 gås igenom denna gång:
- Komplettera med de publikationer som ev. saknas. Korrigera om någon registrering är felaktig eller ofullständig. Observera t ex att:
- de dokumenttyper som är aktuella för analys är tidskriftsartiklar (refereegranskade), konferensbidrag (refereegranskade publicerade paper), böcker (refereegranskade och övrigt vetenskapligt) samt kapitel (refereegranskade och övrigt vetenskapligt)
- konferensartiklar måste innehålla ISSN eller ISBN för att möjligen kunna inkluderas i analysen
- samtliga författare och deras respektive affiliering bör finnas med i DiVA-posterna för att kunna utgöra underlag för en analys av samförfattarskap
- det är viktigt att det i varje post skall anges vilken avdelning IKOS-författaren var knuten till vid tiden för publicering, oavsett om författaren därefter bytt avdelning.

It is time for the yearly update of the publication analysis for IKOS. The analysis will be based on publications registered in DiVA by September 21 with LiU-affiliation. All researchers must make sure that all their publications from the period 2016-2020 are correctly registered in DiVA on September 20.
- Check what is registered by using the verification page: https://ep.liu.se/publistcheck/default.en.aspx. Enter your LiU-ID and the publication period 2016-2020 to see the publications registered and linked to this LiU-ID. If you did this check last year it is primarily 2020 that needs to be checked this time.
- Add publications that are missing. Correct registrations that are incomplete or incorrect. Note that:
- the document types used in analyses are journal articles (refereed), published conference paper (refereed), books (refereed and other academic) and chapters (refereed and other academic)
- conference articles must include ISSN or ISBN in order to possibly be included in the analysis
- all authors and their affiliations should be included in the DiVA-posts, since the addresses are used for analyzing co-authorships
- for each post in DiVA, it is important that the affiliation for IKOS authors also include the division at the time of publication, even if the author has since left the division.
